Yes, lostlakelodge.ca is the official website for the Lost Lake Lodge in Whistler, BC. By booking directly with us we can ensure you receive the lowest rate possible and provide you with the best customer service. ### What Time Is Check-In And Check-Out? Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. ### Do You Allow Early Check-In And Late Check-Out? Yes, we are happy to provide our guests with early check-in and late check-out service when possible. Yes, all rates displayed on our site and transactions will be in Canadian currency (CAD). ### Are Pets Allowed? The Lost Lake Lodge does not allow pets. ### Do You Allow Smoking On The Property Or In The Rooms? Smoking is not permitted anywhere on Lost Lake Lodge property. ### Do You Have High-Speed Wireless Internet Access? Each room is equipped with their own secure wireless modem and network. ### Do You Have Parking At The Hotel? Yes, we have secure underground pay parking. It is $25 per night per vehicle. ### Do You Have Ski, Snowboard And Bike Storage? Yes. Ski lockers are provided for guests free of charge. Bike racks in the lower parking level. Our secure locker room is monitored by video surveillance. ### Do You Have A Fitness Center? What Are The Hours? We do have an on-site fitness center open daily from 7am until 10pm. ### Do You Have A Pool? What Are The Hours? We have a heated outdoor pool and hot tub, open 10am to 10pm. ### How Do I Check-In To The Lodge? The Lost Lake Lodge Front Desk has limited hours for at lodge check in's. Please refer to your check-in instructions for additional information or call our Guest Service Team at [604-962-1996](tel:604-962-1996). ### Will You Rooms Allow Rollaway Bed Or Cribs? Is There A Charge? If a guest requires a roll away bed, crib, high chair or playpen we use a local supplier and there will be additional costs for their rental. ### What Is The Minimum Age Requirement To Check In To The Room?
