Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am.

Yes, all rates displayed on our site and transactions will be in Canadian currency (CAD).

The Lost Lake Lodge does not allow pets.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on Lost Lake Lodge property.

Each room is equipped with their own secure wireless modem and network.

Yes, we have secure underground pay parking. It is $20 per night per vehicle.

Yes. Ski lockers are provided for guests free of charge. Our secure locker room is monitored by video surveillance.

We do have an on-site fitness center open daily from 7am until 10pm.

We have a heated outdoor pool and hot tub. The normal hours of operation are 10am until 10pm daily.

Yes, guests can have items shipped directly to the lodge. It is best to notify our Guest Services team in advance. They can be reached at 604-962-1996.

The Lost Lake Lodge does not operate a 24-hour front desk. Please refer to your check-in instructions for additional information or call our Guest Service team at 604-962-1996.

If a guest requires a roll away bed, crib, high chair or playpen we use a local supplier and there will be additional costs for their rental.

You must be 25 years of age with a valid ID to check in to the lodge.
