The warm and welcoming ambiance encourages relaxation and rejuvenation. Additionally, enjoy the convenience of a full kitchen, a scenic balcony, and an in-unit washer and dryer!
Prime Location: The ski lifts and gondolas accessing Whistler and Blackcomb are just a quick ride away. The free Upper Village shuttle picks up and drops off guests right at the top of the drive way. Shuttles run just minutes apart during the busy winter season so the next one is always on its way.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While we are glad you enjoyed being close to Lost Lake, we are deeply sorry for the frustration you experienced during your stay. We would like to clarify that our property consists of individually managed vacation rentals rather than a traditional hotel, so daily housekeeping is not included. However, we do have a local team onsite at Le Chamois open every day until midnight during peak season, along with a 24/7 after-hours hotline for immediate support. Regarding the jacuzzi, it has not been advertised as an operational amenity on our listing for some time now. That said, we sincerely apologize for any confusion regarding the pool and hot tub availability, and we completely understand how disappointing this was for your trip. We appreciate your honest comments and will use them to help ensure our amenities and property details remain as clear as possible for future guests.
