Please know we always aim to be as transparent as possible with respect to our listings, and do indicate any mention at the time of booking that we have a hot tub, and rather there is a hot tub closure. We do make mention to guests at the time of booking that the hot tub is working, however the jets do not work for the time being. We are sorry to learn that this mention fell short of your expectations, and had we been able to assist you more directly with your booking process, we would have happily guided you with a listing more geared towards your needs.
